Williams & Co. was established over 30 years ago by senior partner Justin Williams and retains many of it's original clients.

Alice, Justin's daughter joined the practice in summer 2021. She trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant at an independent firm in York before moving to work as a manager at a larger firm in Leeds.

James joined in 2023, also a Chartered Accountant he qualified at an independent firm in York. After qualifying James gained a broad range of experience working in the finance department of a PLC before moving on to a large construction company. He moved back into practice working at a large independent accountancy firm based in Leeds
